Refund policy

Our ready stock straps must be in unused condition (no bends and creases) to be eligible for a full refund (not including return shipping fees) within 14 days of order delivery.

For watches: For local clients, all watches come with a 24 hour return policy if the timepiece is not as described. We will issue a refund within 5 working days of receiving the item back. For international clients, all sales are final. 

The customer is responsible to return / ship the watch safely to us within 3-days upon agreement to return the watch.

Refunds will ONLY be issued after the watch is safely returned to us and has been fully inspected and confirmed that it is in the exact same condition to when it was purchased.
